About Us

Insanity Talent Management Ltd forms part of the Insanity Group of Companies.  We are dedicated to the careers of each of our clients and adopt a 360 degree approach to management focusing on the areas of television, radio, press, personal appearances, voiceovers, hosting, live bookings, and image rights.

We have clients employed by every major terrestrial broadcaster including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 and Five.  We also work closely with the digital networks, as well as major radio broadcasters including BBC Radio 1, 1xtra, and XFM.

Over the years, our clients have gone on to become household names, and with out transatlantic connections specifically in New York and Los Angeles, we are able to procure work for clients stateside.

With an in house publicist and media savvy talent managers, our clients appear daily in the tabloids and broadsheets, womens and mens weeky titles, mens monthly publications and womens glossy mags.  We have secured front covers for everything from Tatler to Heat, ES Magazine to Nuts, and News of the World to Sunday Times Style.

Internship Programme

Everybody has to start somewhere, and we would like your somewhere to be with us.

We offer bright and enthusiastic first timers a fantastic 12 week internship programme, which enables you to work across the company in all fields of talent management.  We are known to keep the best on full time, and for those we don’t, you will leave with invaluable skills which will enable you to build a career in the industry.

You will be expected to work from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, and we will pay for your travel expenses within the M25.

Finally, you must also be either a British citizen or have a valid work permit, and you must be a graduate or currently studying as an undergraduate. Unfortunately, we are unable to help interns with work permits, and we can’t help you with finding accommodation. You will need to make your own arrangements to live in the Greater London area during your placement.
