Saracens

Saracens

Biography

Saracens were founded in 1876 by the Old Boys of the Philological School in Marylebone, London. They then merged with the Crusaders club two years later and turned professional in 1995 moving to their current ground, Vicarage Road, in the 1997-1998 season. Saracens are the current reigning champions of the Aviva Premiership after beating Leicester Tigers 22 – 18 in the final, and in the process they won more games than any other team (18 in total).

In the current 2011 – 2012 season, Saracens are 2nd, behind Harlequins. Saracens are playing the Ospreys in the Heineken cup at Wembley stadium.

ITM negotiated a deal between the club and Headphone company Beats By Dre.
