Radio-wise, Tim has picked up 9 of the prestigious New York Radio awards (notably 6 golds). In 2009 he won a Sony Radio Award in the most prestigious category, ‘The Entertainment Award’. Tim was also awarded two of EMAP’s most distinguished awards ‘Speech Broadcaster of the Year” and of course another “Entertainment Award”. In May 2008 Tim was awarded ‘Presenter of the Year’ by the British Radio Industry. Having recently chosen to leave Absolute radio (previously Virgin Radio), Tim now works at BRMB in Birmingham. Previous radio shows have included Kiss 100, Magic, Hallam FM, BBC local stations, Century and Kerrang! Radio, Tim has earned the title of “The Most Internationally awarded Radio Presenter in the UK today”.

Tims latest project Man In Box sees him locked in a box for 30 days somewhere in the UK, however neither he or anyone he knows (bar two people) knows where he is. With 24hr a day live streaming and clues as to his whereabouts if you are the first to find the box you win 30K. The stunt is in aid of Help the Heroes and launches on 15th February 2010.
